'Yeva' is scheduled to be screened at the Burgas International Film Festival in Bulgaria.

Directed by Anahid Abad, the Iranian-Armenian film will compete at the third edition of the Bulgarian festival.

The flick stars many recognized actors and actresses from Armenia such as Narine Grigoryan and Shant Hovhannisyan.

‘Yeva’, a woman who is under prosecution in connection with her husband’s murder, faces challenges in her life, the movie synopsis read.

The main goal of Burgas International Film Festival is to develop a sustainable platform for presentation of feature and documentary movies by acquainting the audience with the modern cinema art of the Black Sea countries (Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, Armenia, Turkey and Greece).

The mission of The Festival is to turn Burgas into cultural venue of filmmakers and movie fans from the aforementioned countries.

The third edition of the event is slated for July 20-27, 2018.
